Kings Crossing is ready for change! The Homeowners Association and owners will start investing in our building and community because we all know it is in need of major repairs. To start, the HOA's immediate priorities include:
Kings Crossing is ready for change! The Homeowners Association and owners will start investing in our building and community because we all know it is in need of major repairs. To start, the HOA's immediate priorities include:
- Enhancing communication and transparency with owners, with monthly updates and greater financial report
- Permanently repairing the roof, by using "special assessment" funds for only those purposes
- Building security, by installing cameras, locks, and new doors
- Increasing to 100% the amount of owners who pay their maintenance and other assessment fees timely
